Responsibilities
- Understand Launching process and develop / manage each important milestones to fit with customer vehicle program life cycle.
- Understand technical aspect of products including material and support technical discussion meeting through the program life.
- Engineering / purchasing / quality / certification to discuss and negotiate spec / timing / issue / development cost.
- Plan out and review / track details through each milestones of program launch.
- Initiate / manage event supply including delivery time and cost impact.
- Escalate the urgent issue / risk to Director.
- Communicate with PU lamination company regarding cost and lead time.
- Publish monthly sales report and profit
- Plan and execute studies of inventory control and cost analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop pricing models and create revenue projections for new and existing products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years automotive experience
- Experience in Automotive Program managing or other relevant experience will be considered.
- Tier1 / 2 Automotive Industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proficient in English and Korean
- The energy and focus to achieve goals and be results oriented
- Communication and organization skills
- Willingness to travel to customer and plant
