Responsibilities : Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercisesAssist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobilityMaintain a safe and clean environment for the clientKeep accurate and detailed records of client care and progressCommunicate effectively with clients, healthcare team members, and managementAdhere to all policies and procedures of the companyRequirements : - Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high-quality careexperience with Hoyer lift and other in-home care equipment is a plus- CNA / STNA certification is desired but not required - Experience is a plus - Knowledge of basic medical terminology - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients - Willing to take drug tests and background check - Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid driver's license and car insurance Resume to [email protected]
