Who We Are : Master Docks, Inc. is a premier provider of custom floating boat docks, boat lift installations, dock repairs, and lake-permitting support services across North Carolina, South Carolina, and North Georgia.

Specializing in high-quality, durable docks and custom lake homes, we use advanced 3D modeling software to ensure precision and consistency.

We collaborate with lake management authorities, the , and a network of aquatic engineers to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To : -Project Management : Oversee the sales process, planning, scheduling, estimating, and execution of custom lake house and boat dock projects.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Utilize 3D modeling software to review and refine designs, minimizing errors and variations.

Construction Oversight : Lead a team of builders and subcontractors in the construction of custom homes and docks.Supervise the assembly and installation of dock components, including pile driving, framing, plumbing, electrical, and more.

Maintain a clean, professional work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are upheld.-Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with local authorities, including lake management and licensing bodies, to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.Work closely with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment.

Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough inspections of all work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.-Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any changes to scope or schedule.

Prepare and submit detailed project reports to management and clients as required.The Ideal Candidate Should Possess : -15+ years of proven experience in custom home building, with a strong understanding of high-end construction techniques.

• Current North Carolina Builders License (or the ability to acquire it before the start date).-Proficiency in 3D modeling software and other relevant construction tools, such as ProCore and SketchUp.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a consultative sales mentality.-An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of growing the business and enhancing customer success.
• A professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to lead clients to the best options.-Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
