Job Summary and Purpose :
Manages the execution of HR strategies and programs to align with the business strategy for the US Commercial Operations and Support functions.
Advise executive and senior management and drive cyclical talent processes including promotional / salary increase guidelines, performance management, merit, incentive plans and talent review / workforce planning process.
Partners closely with talent acquisition to shape and execute staffing strategies for critical roles
Responsibilities and Key Duties :
Develops and implements solutions for the organization in support of business objectives with a focus on the human element.
Act as a trusted advisor and business partner.
Engage business leaders in order to understand the key issues and associated demands to meet both present and future challenges.
Partner with local and corporate support functions, including Finance, Legal, IT to ensure compliance and alignment with strong support to the business.
Works closely with local and global HR specialists on relevant topics. Serves as an active member of the global HR team and participates in global projects as needed
Develop and execute staffing strategies for a wide variety of positions in partnership with Ceva’s Talent Acquisition Team.
Assist leaders with the development of workforce planning, recruitment strategy, interviewing and selection.
Facilitate the succession planning and people review processes at a local level. Drive the implementation of development plans to increase the bench strength for key roles within the organization.
Proactively monitor business needs to recommend organizational changes when appropriate. Ensure that structural change is effectively managed.
Partner with North America HR Director as well as local and global Comp / Ben SME to administer compensation programs including but not limited to the annual salary planning and bonus processes.
Make appropriate compensation recommendations considering internal equity and market data.
Learning & Development
Identify training and professional development gaps. Work with global functions and / or HR Director NAPAC to implement or coordinate as appropriate to upgrade managerial and individual contributor capabilities.
Assist the management team in establishing a culture of motivation to learn, grow and perform.
Participate in the development of a site training strategy to ensure that all employees are trained to effectively perform their work.
Monitor progress against that strategy.
Drive a performance-based culture. Support the annual development and performance management processes.
Employee Relations
Model Ceva’s values of solidarity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit in day-to-day activities. Lead processes to identify, articulate and reinforce Ceva’s values and behavioral expectations.
Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer / employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.
Includes coordination of response to employee relations concerns, conducting investigations, coaching managers through the disciplinary process and ensuring a consistent approach to employee and counsel managers with respect to employee relations matters in compliance with local, state and federal law.
Earn trust at all levels of the organization.
Compliance
Maintains current knowledge of HR policies, programs, industry trends and local, state and federal employment law and proactively addresses gaps to ensure Ceva’s ongoing compliance.
Partner with HR Director to develop and implement local HR policies.

Qualifications :
Education - Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience 7+ years relevant progressive experience in human resources, preferably with a global life sciences / pharmaceutical and / or animal health company

Should possess knowledge of HR operations in a global organization. Must have worked in a global, matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successfully on strategic initiatives as well as tactical actions that drive high performance in organization where flexibility and adaptability are crucial.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced, global, team environment and understanding with a P&L orientation.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and develop effective working relationships with people from diverse demographic and cultural backgrounds.
Ability to work across multiple levels of an organizational and both lead and work within teams.
Strong working knowledge of employment law.
Comfort level in pushing back and challenging the status quo. Must be able to challenge leaders and peers and be a dissenting voice when appropriate.
Physical Requirements :
While performing the responsibilities of the position, the employee is required to talk and employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle, feel and manipulate keys on a , the employee will be required to stand and walk to different areas of the job will require close vision to be able to see a monitor.
Working Conditions :
Individual may be required to go into clean lab and manufacturing environments on rare occasions, in which protective clothing and gear is required including having to shower-in / shower-out.
Travel Required :
Overnight travel required, some international; approximately 5-10%.
