Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations? As a member of our administrative services team, you'll be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and business contacts, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and overseeing administrative activities.
What You'll Do :
Located at the front desk, you will serve as the face of our business, greeting employees and clients so that every person feels valued and welcomed.
You will oversee the 24 / 7 operations, ensuring the business runs smoothly throughout the day. You will provide administrative and meeting support and serve as the first point of contact if issues arise.
You will work closely with our events and communications team, traveling a few times a year to ensure our client events run seamlessly.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required; or 5 years of related experience; or an Associate's Degree and 2 years of related experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts in a professional manner.
- Strong grammar and Microsoft office skills
- Technical aptitude and graphic design software experience a plus
Compensation :
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
- Level 1 hourly compensation : $24.61 - $33.30
- Annual target short-term incentive rate of 10% of base salary based on corporate, team, and individual performance.
