You Are

The Management Consultant / Manager designs and implements retail banking business changes that drive industry-specific, function, and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes.

The candidate will be a Consultant / Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Retail banking industry.

Retail banks are engaging Accenture to partner on their strategic transformations; to benefit from leading-edge thought leadership;

and to modernize their business models and associated technology components.

Accenture is growing our practice to help these banks navigate their transformational journeys. The Retail banking Consultant / Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.

Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)

Here’s What You Need :

A combined 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following :

Management consulting experience

Consumer lending / mortgage lending experience

Core banking experience

Demonstrated ability to be part of a team delivering complex projects

A Bachelor's degree

Bonus Points If :

Proven ability to be on a team

Entrepreneurial

Willingness to leave their comfort zone

Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills

Team player

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
