Kid Care After School Leaders Kid Care is a division of the Town of Arlington Recreation Department that serves the Arlington school community.
Kid Care is seeking a dynamic, organized and knowledgeable Afterschool Group Leader to teach, supervise, and nurture students in our afterschool program.
The program has a current capacity of 78 students. Our group leaders work with our Director and are responsible for creating a fun, safe, enriching, and nurturing environment for our students.
The ideal candidate has afterschool or childcare experience with the optimal candidate will have 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Ability to collaborate with staff and the program's director to ensure the commitment to our Mission Statement and values as an organization is a must.
A valid driver’s licenses is required as well as a qualifying criminal background check. The opening is for the 2022-2023 school year and we will follow the Arlington Public School calendar.
Our hours of operation are from 2 : 30 pm to 6 pm with some additional hours for early release days. Arlington Recreation offers a competitive salary.
