We are seeking a Director of Dispatch to lead our dispatch operations across 8-10 branches. To be successful, you'll be the director of our scheduling for HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning, and electrical services, skillfully coordinating every element to ensure a seamless customer experience and profitability for our organization.

What You'll Do as Director of Dispatch and Logistics :

• Take command of local dispatch operations, ensuring flawless execution and exceeding productivity goals.
• Train, Mentor and inspire a team of top-notch dispatchers, growing your team.
• Develop and implement strategies to handle service requests across diverse locations and weather conditions.
• Efficiently manage multiple service requests, balance resources, and prioritize urgent needs for maximum profitability for our organization.
• Optimize dispatch operations to maximize completed jobs, improve efficiency, and achieve financial goals.
• Strategically plan and manage the efficient movement of goods, materials, and personnel to ensure seamless operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
• Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving measures to optimize financial performance.
• Effectively allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet operational needs while staying within budget.
