Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents / patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- A ssist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents / patients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident / patient condition to the nursing team.
Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
