Job Description
The Senior Project Coordination Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for facilitating security vulnerability remediation, EOSL migrations, technical debt reduction, SOX compliance, etc across multiple Service Delivery Groups.
The Senior Project Coordination Analyst will communicate compliance requirements, solicit and track remediation and migration plans, assist applications team with compliance, and generate compliance reports.
The Senior Project Coordination Analyst also plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks lab tests and production deployments to upgrade, patch, or remove obsolete software for compliance purposes.
He / She troubleshoots project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for preventing recurrences.
Position requires in office 3 days per week.
Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge of Hardware & Software, including MS Windows operating system
- Ability to collaborate with, and influence a large, diverse group of stakeholders
- Process analysis / improvement skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly organized and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile Development, information security vulnerabilities, and application development lifecycles and tools sets is desired
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience
