The Billing administrator will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying all data entry from a 3rd party, reconciling invoices, ensuring accuracy of the data and communicating with internal departments for a resolution.
Report creation weekly is also expected to track all sales, fuel, and toll collection. You must be detail oriented, organized, and can meet weekly deadlines without excuse.
