Ennen Eye Center is looking to expand our surgery center scheduling team. Experience is preferred but will train the right person.
We are looking for a full time bright and friendly individual who can multi-task and provide outstanding customer service to our patients.
Job duties would include :
- Meeting with and scheduling patients for surgery.
- Telephone scheduling when necessary
- Face to face time with patients to assist them with their surgical needs.
- Managing patient documentation
Qualifications
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in typing on a computer and ipad
