Our Retirement Plan Solutions Team is seeking an experienced individual to be responsible for the Cetera programs that include 3(38) investment management.

are currently seeking a 3(38) Investment Fiduciary Solutions Product Manager to add to our team.

What you will do :

Overall Product Management : Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of Cetera’s 3(38) discretionary investment management programs Partner with Wp&R business leads and growth teams to identify enhancements that align with growth initiatives and that further our business goals.

Proactively identify program gaps and bring forward thoughtful solutions in support of our internal teams and to ensure our affiliated financial professionals succeed.

Business ownership of enhancement opportunities, including management and prioritization of pipeline, oversight of solution requirements, and collaboration with all parties to effectively execute upon required deliverables in alignment with Cetera and Wp&R strategy Responsible for documentation, processes and procedures for both new program implementation as well regular ongoing maintenance

  • Investment Expertise Partner and collaborate with Cetera’s Investment Management team to assess, develop, and maintain a diverse and well-structured lineup of investment options and models that are competitive and align well with our strategic recordkeeper solutions, and that adhere to our guiding principles Responsible for compiling concise business perspectives to be included in the quarterly presentation to the Cetera Investment Committee Provide regular investment reporting to Cetera’s sales teams, including updated performance information
  • Vendor and Partner Management : Manage relationships with third-party program vendors, recordkeepers, and other partners Responsible for reconciliations with third-party program vendors, RK’s, and partners Accountable for coordination of all collaborative efforts across all impacted parties for day to day activities as well as for enhancements and project work
  • Reporting and Documentation : Responsible for measuring success metrics and reporting out to various business stakeholders and leadership Ensure full transparency and open communication with all key stakeholders throughout process improvement and implementation efforts.

Partner with sales teams to set and drive program offerings.

Training and Education : Responsible for launch activities associated with new features / functionality, in coordination with business leaders Participates in the development of advisor-facing materials (marketing material, FAQs, job aids, etc.

Serves as the team’s subject matter expert on the 3(38) programs, and acts as an internal point of education and escalation for sales, service and support teams

What you need to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial services industry
  • Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, 24, 63 / 65, 66)
  • Strong investment expertise, specifically supporting retirement plan investment menus
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details, ability to research and resolve complex issues

Compensation :

The base annual salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
