Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Relationship Management : Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies to support growth objectives.
  • Sales and Inventory Management : Achieve sales and inventory targets, and improve supply plan processes.
  • Demand Planning : Forecast customer demand and manage the order book.
  • Market Analysis : Analyze sell-through trends and market data for informed decision-making.
  • Order Processing and Tracking : Ensure accurate and timely processing and tracking of orders.
  • Product Allocation and Availability : Manage product allocation to meet customer requirements.
  • Communication and Coordination : Lead weekly conference calls with internal and external customers, and coordinate with the factory production team.
  • Reporting and Documentation : Utilize tools like Excel and PowerPoint to manage data and present findings.

Work Experience

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the mobile or technology industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand planning, order book management, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in supply chain planning and operational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of electronics / mobile product lines and market dynamics.
