Opportunity Description
The customer service supervisor is responsible for the management of top accounts. Prepare quotations, review, and enter Sales Orders, communicate effectively and problem resolutions are the main daily tasks.

Job Duties
- Manage top accounts : Quotations, orders, inventory check, bulk orders, coordinate shipments and deliveries.
- Resolve all issues related to customers (delays, freight quotations, missing parts etc.)
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare deposit invoices for customers
- Prepare reports for customers
- Claims
- Prepare shipping paperwork
- Assist with returns and credit notes
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous c / s experience in a similar position (5 years)
- Excellent computer knowledge is a must (Excel, word, outlook, ERP SAGE)
- Excellent communication skills with customers
- Customer oriented mind-set, with a view of customer satisfaction excellence thru simple and efficient communication, follow up, professional behavior and attitude
- Previous experience with an ERP system such as Infor, JD Edwards, SAP, AS400 etc.
