Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and receive required Safety documents.
- Assist with accident documentation and handling
- Monitor driver terminations for updates to Safety Bonus
- Process Safety Observation Reports
- Answer calls and respond to emails regarding safety issues and respond in a timely manner
- Maintain several spreadsheets for the department
- Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers
- Utilize a high sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Job Qualifications
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and SAP
- Detail oriented with a sense of urgency
- Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Maintain a positive attitude
