Maintenance Supervisor

Maintain a safe workenvironment. Maintains safe secure and healthy maintenanceenvironment by adhering to organization standards and policies andto legal regulations;
immediately addressing issues and alertingothers regarding potential concerns. Supervises maintenanceemployee outcomes by selecting orienting training assigningscheduling coaching counseling and disciplining associates.
Communicates job expectations planning monitoring and appraisingjob contributions and recommends compensation actions adhering todefined policies and procedures.
Accomplishes maintenancerequirements by orienting assigning and coaching employees. Meetsmaintenance standards by following productivity and qualitystandards;
resolving problems. Works with a cross functional teamto meet cost standards by implementing costsaving actions. Fulfillsshift operations plans by receiving operational report fromprevious shift and allocating resources in addition to fulfillingcurrent operational plan.
Completes shift operations by monitoringmaintenance services reallocating resources and solving operationalproblems. Documents maintenance services by completing formsreports logs and records ensuring accuracy of data.
Contributes tomaintenance and organization success by welcoming related differentand new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
All otherduties as assigned.
SkillsRequired
Supervises employees inthe installation and maintenance of electrical and / or mechanicalequipment and machinery used in company operations.
Oversees theinstallation and maintenance of equipment and machinery Overseesthe work of maintenance and maintenance support staff;
communicatesexpectations and provides direction and training. Monitors workperformance and provides feedback. Coordinates maintenance ofproduction equipment.
Oversees technical process control andquality process control.
Required KnowledgeSkills and Abilities : (Hiring Companies ATS Questions) :
1. Do you have a BA / BS degree
2. Doyou have 25 years professional experience; or Advanced Degree plus03 years professional experience
3. Do you haveCNC machining experience.
4. Do you haveexperience working with and setting up maintenance systems as in PMprograms.
5. Must be a US Citizen or Green Cardholder.
