This Senior .netApplication Developer / Analyst will support LEO E & T workforcedevelopment applications One Stop Management Information System(OSMIS) OSMIS Dashboard Career Explorer Michigan Adult EducationReporting System (MAERS) and Information Management Performance andCustomer Tracking(IMPACT).

Experience :

• Minimum 8years of experience as .net developer involved in designdevelopment andtesting.
• Minimum 5 years ofexperience in Git versioncontrol / JSON / C# / xunit
• Minimum 2 years ofexperience in Entity FrameworkSerilog
• Preferred experiencein Agile / Scrum
• Experience in SAP BOis a plus.
• This employeeperforms a complete range of information system analyst assignmentsincluding but not limited to designing developing testing andimplementing computer systems and applications.
• This position servesas technical resource responsible for development activities andwork with other development and support staff to enhance thecapabilities and stability improve performance and ensure reliablefunctionality of the applications.
• The SeniorApplication Developer will be looked upon to provide technicalsupport to other team members and evaluate new development toolsand agency systems and leads less experienced applicationdevelopers.
• Thisresource is required to have expertise in using the followingsoftware tools process and technology : Microsoft VisualStudio Azure DevOps Git Version Control SQL JSON SerializationEntity Framework Code Serilog Hangfire Polly NSwage xunit C# Javascript XML HTML TypeScript Web Services CI / CD and Scrummethodology.
