David M. Chavez Insurance Agency, Inc. a State Farm Insurance Agency, located in Roeland Park, KS, has an immediate opening for a full-time, bilingual (Spanish / English) Receptionist.
No insurance experience required! We will train the right person with the right attitude and skill set.

Starting Salary : 20.00. Plus, monthly bonuses after licensed.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Manage incoming calls.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
Requirements :
- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
- Be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
- Dependability is extremely important
- Fast Learner, Quick Study
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Able to influence others. (honest, smart and persuasive)
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual (Able to meet company / individual goals)
- Adaptability to changing technology
- Business casual dress code required as we see clients on a regular basis.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
