Some of the responsibilities for our Area Facility Maintenance Technician include ( but are not limited to ) :

Painting, Minor Flooring / Tile repair, Minor Drywall, Other misc. Repairs, Some Heavy Lifting Required

Candidate must :

• Perform all duties assigned by the supervision and follow instructions to ensure safety
• Prepare and carry materials, tools, and supplies from trucks to the job site so they are ready for the day
• Complete projects as assigned and assist the supervisor in handyman projects
• Clean up the job site at the end of the day, ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night.
• Be Reliable, Punctual, Dependable, Respectful with advanced organizational skills
• Have a Strong Work Ethic and Rigorous Attention to Detail
• Have an Aptitude for Problem-Solving
• Ability to work with Hardware Tools and in all weather conditions
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team and possess a willingness to learn
• Ability to complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision

Qualifications for our Area Facility Maintenance Technician :

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Market travel required!
