As a Benefits Specialist , you will educate and guide both active and retired service members with final arrangement benefits customized to fit their specific needs.
This role is completely work from home within the United States , offering you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively.
With hands-on training, this role promotes both personal and professional development within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Conduct Remote Client Consultations : Meet with clients (virtually) to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions.
This involves explaining policy features, coverage options, and premium costs. Provide Customer Service : Provide ongoing customer support to policyholders by addressing client questions, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing.
Uphold Compliance and Documentation : Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions and transactions.
