The Role

The CSM works closely with our customers alongside sales, engineering, and our finance teams to manage projects and ensure our design and installation services have met or exceeded our customers' expectations.

The CSM role is largely project management. This person will manage the project from the time it is handed off from the sales team to after implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer care team.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction and proper adoption of Microsoft solutions. Acts a partner to our customers to deliver value, maximize our capability, and improve their overall experience.
  • Participates in key projects as an Adoption and Change Management Specialist (ACM) responsible for creating project- / client-specific ACM Plans as needed (e.

g., Training Plans, Communication Plans, Resistance Management Plans, etc.).

Assists BU Leader in creating / validating ACM portions of select proposals and SOWs.
