Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, implement, and administer sales compensation programs, including forecasting and trackingDevelop and maintain interactive analytics reports and dashboards using reporting toolsCollaborate with various teams to drive improvements in sales compensation systems and processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredTwo to four years of related experience in financial or business analysis preferredMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's degree (MA) preferredPrevious experience with Sales or Marketing preferred but not requiredExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and SQL
