WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for treating each and every guest as if they were family. You are responsible for assisting guests during their car buying experience to identify their unique needs and find the right car for them, and building guest loyalty by achieving guest satisfaction with every sale.
We offer upfront pricing and give our guests the lowest possible price right away.
- Assist Sales Team Lead with sales functions and providing a positive guest experience
- Learn directly from a high performing Sales Advisor
- Take care of guest needs on the phone and in person
- Follow up with guests after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Shadow sales advisors on sales menu presentation
- Assist with preparing vehicles for delivery and through the detail process
- Eagerness to learn
