We have an opportunity for a Billing Accountant in LEOLA, Pennsylvania, 17540-9533, United States. Your primary role will be to handle tasks related to accounts receivable and invoicing.
Your responsibilities will span across processing and billing of customer invoices, preparing necessary paperwork for shipping, tracking, and managing financial records, among others.
Responsibilities :
- Handle the daily processing and billing of customer invoices related to product output
- Prepare and forward necessary shipping documents to dealers and drivers
- Process and record customer payments, generating daily cash receipts reports for distribution
- Ensure accurate digital and physical filing of unit history files
- Manage and dispatch financing related paperwork based on terms and dealer preferences
- Carry out relevant general ledger journal entries and reconciliations
- Handle administrative tasks such as phone answering, filing, mail processing, and office supplies ordering
- After successful proficiency demonstration, you may have the opportunity to cross-train and serve as back-up in other positions such as accounts payable, invoicing, costing, payroll, or human resource functions.
Skills required include proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Computerized Billing, EHR SYSTEM, Epic Software, About Time, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Answering Inbound Call
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Comfortable with answering inbound calls
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
