Remote Special Education Teacher Position - Pennsylvania

Location : Remote (Must be based in or licensed in Pennsylvania)

Role Overview :
- Pay Rate : $33 - $38 per hour, based on experience
- Employment Type : 1099 Independent Contractor
- Hours : Reliable and consistent
- Support : Access to a dedicated clinical team for guidance
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual environment.
- Deliver live and pre-recorded lessons customized to each students learning style and requirements.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Stay current on best practices in special education and online teaching.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Valid licensure in Pennsylvania or your current state of residence (if applicable).
- At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
- Proficiency with online teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
