Job Title : Medical Policy Advisor (Medical Research)
Location : 50% on-site
Join our team as a Medical Policy Advisor, a key role within our Global Medical Excellence organization. You'll be a trusted partner, providing guidance on medical activities with a focus on quality, compliance, ethics, and integrity for the benefit of our patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice on medical research, including scientific collaborations and partnerships, in line with external guidelines and requirements.
- Evaluate and improve processes and procedural documents, implementing practical solutions.
- Interpret procedural documents, processes, and external regulations to provide consultation and advice to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes, improvements, and procedural documents in line with our client's policies and external guidelines.
- Write, review, and revise policies and procedures.
Skills Required :
- College degree with a minimum of 3 years-experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry (e.g., healthcare, research).
- Proven experience in post-marketing medical affairs GxP activities (e.g., research, medical education) and related regulations, standards, and business requirements.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and financial reporting (e.g., Sunshine Act).
- Experience in writing procedural documents and leading process improvements.
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication, facilitation, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and problem solve, with strong project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
