Commercial Construction Project Manager
A local and highly respected general contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects is looking for a Project Manager.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timeline.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and supplier.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Handle day-to-day project operations, including procurement, quality control, and progress tracking.
Construction Project Manager Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in commercial construction management
- Extensive knowledge of diverse commercial construction processes and methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skill
- Proficient in construction project management software and tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Degree ion Construction Management or industry related
Benefits :
