Pay : $20- $22 / hr (Based on experience)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (with the ability to work weekends as needed)

Job Description :
- Post payments and late fees
- Arrange building maintenance as needed
- Draft and prepare leases
- Verify rental information
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements :
- Knowledge of Rental Management software or similar applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
