Crawford Group is seeking a Project Manager for a client of ours. Looking for someone who’s a go-getter who can successfully navigate the company internally, create alliances with teams to advance their initiative, excels at picking up programs to manage midstream and work with minimal supervision.

Seeking a consultant who is highly accountable, self-directed, organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage team workflow utilizing developed and documented processes and workflows with team
  • Manage teams overall project plan, timelines, and deadlines utilizing Excel
  • Attend core meetings as needed and present plans and updates
  • Follow up with team members on deliverables and manage to deadlines
  • Continually improve operating mechanisms to support the growth of the organization and the program
  • Have a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation, improvement, and impact
  • Maintain general email inbox for team
  • Maintain project information in an organized manner
  • Report creation in a timely manner
  • Manage gifting incentive program
  • Coordinate happy hour and other small events, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and logistics management of the individual events
  • Provide editorial support and keep all documentation organized and updated
  • Manage the day-to-day of all editorial program requests, from initial request to the completion of a project

Requirements :

  • Must be organized, detail oriented, a self starter, proactive
  • Be a smart and resourceful individual and team player
  • Experience with enterprise company or agency. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a highly complex matrix.
  • Ability to drive to deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Excel a must.
  • Ability to learn new tools such as MS Teams
