They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing the modernization of a portfolio of applications primarily using Microsoft PowerApps technology.
Your expertise in project management and leadership will be instrumental in capturing business requirements, managing schedules, mitigating risks and delivering project updates to management and stakeholders, all while embracing an Agile mindset to foster innovation and rapid adaptation.
This position is remote with occasional travel to Washington, D.C. required.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, execution and completion of application portfolio modernization
- Work closely with the team to monitor project performance against performance standards
- Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan and Performance Management System
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and roadblocks are mitigated
Senior Project Manager Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree. An associate degree with an additional three or more years of relevant experience may be substituted
- 7+ years of experience in planning and executing IT projects, with at least 5 years managing software development projects
- Microsoft PowerApps technology experience such as with Jira and Confluence
- Agile certification required; PMP certification is a plus
