Description

Epiq eDiscovery Managed Services is hiring for a Senior Project Manager that will be the primary liaison and case consultant for clients engaging with Epiq EMS group on eDiscovery projects.

This role requires proficiencyutilizing Relativity and eDiscovery methodologies. Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive client and project documentation within the project queue and collaborating with various Iris departments to implement optimal solutions for client requirements.

Job Responsibilities :

Understand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes.

Consult with clients on utilizing Epiq’s suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity.

Coordinate internal processes across Epiq departments to ensure client objectives are met.

Represent Epiq in client interactions and with third-party service providers.

Supervise and support other members of the Client Services (CS) team to ensure client needs are addressed effectively.

Provide regular project updates and team performance reports to the Regional CS Manager to optimize resource allocation and service delivery across Epiq.

Desired Qualifications and Skills :

Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving client needs.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require.

Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education & Certifications :

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an e-discovery environment, with hosting services experience preferred.

Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert are advantageous. #LI-RC1

The Compensation range for this role is 91,922.40 - 183,844.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
