Global Controller
A company is looking for a Global Controller to lead and manage significant aspects of its global financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction for global financial operations, including treasury, procurement, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reportingOversee global cash management and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial stabilityLead global tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing tax efficienciesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
CPA or equivalent certification required10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a controller role or equivalentExperience in enterprise SaaS businesses with multinational operations and at least $100 million in revenueDeep knowledge of global financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)Experience working in private equity-backed environments and on M&A transactions preferred
