Manager, Investigator Analytics

Job Introduction :

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients.

We are seeking a Manager, Investigator Analytics to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of accurate accruals, forecasting, client billing, and customer requests.

Who we are looking for :

Detail oriented individuals with proven experience working within Investigator Analytics or in a similar role. Who are passionate and knowledgeable of investigator grants, financial forecasting and CRO finance procedures.

That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.

What you’ll do :

• Lead the development, documentation, and improvement of Investigator Analytics Group SOPs, processes, and procedures to support group obligations.
• Partner with Key stakeholders to implement changes to improve business processes.
• Champion and support the investigator forecast process and month end accrual process.
• Manage client relationships for assigned portfolios and ensure report requirements are aligned with Parexel’s capabilities and resourcing.
• Collaborates with operational team members and cross functional teams to educate and implement changes to improve downstream quality of data.

Additional details :

Prior experience with investigator fees, forecasting and CRO finance is preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Oracle analytical tools.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills as well as presentation skills are paramount.
