Loyal Source was recently awarded an exciting opportunity by the VA to provide Medical Disability Examinations to Veterans throughout the country.

In just a short time, we’ve launched Loyal Healthcare with 20+ cutting-edge facilities in 11 states across the Western U.

S. including Alaska & Hawaii. As we continue our aggressive growth, we’re actively seeking a variety of healthcare positions to serve Veterans in select states, with anticipated expansion nationwide.

Key Roles :

  • Prepares patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients health history
  • Prepares equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments
  • Assists physician with medical treatments, procedures, and exams
  • Manages inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
  • Chaperones patient during an examination
  • Reviews and edits reports in proprietary software application to ensure accuracy in context, grammar, spelling, and consistency
  • Review each exam report for accuracy prior to submission to the physician for final review and approval
  • Assists in the retrieval of diagnostic tests for scanning into propriety software application
  • Interfaces with operational teams and assists in the provision of medical records
  • Works with providers and operational teams to ensure reports are submitted timely and accurately

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (with transcript that shows phlebotomy was part of training) OR if not a CMA, must have a phlebotomy certification
  • Phlebotomy and blood draw experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies
  • Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
