We are looking for a TikTok Content Creator and Manager to build content, processes, and teams to help our brand partners sell their products on TikTok Shop.

Ultimately, you will be a pioneer with us in helping build out our shoppertainment experience.

We’re searching for someone who is a master of their craft producing exciting and engaging social media content that drives brand awareness and sales.

They are enthusiastic problem solvers, on the cutting edge of what is working on social media, and have a proven track record of building social media followings and content.

This role requires a strong aptitude for creating video content (both in-feed and livestreams) and a desire to create content that can push brands to another level.

It will also require the ability to build teams and processes that enable us to replicate TikTok Shop success over and over again.

We also are looking for someone with the aptitude to lean into content creation with AI. This role will require lots of experimentation generating social commerce content with AI prompts on both chatbots, image generators, and video generators.

An ability to bring a scrappy mindset to building this process will be critical to success in the role.

This is a full-time role on the Current team (the influencer / social commerce division of Pattern), working a hybrid schedule from our Lehi, UT office.

Ideate new content ideas

Own content production through the whole project lifecycle, from inception, to filming, editing, and posting

What will I need to thrive in this role?

3-5 years of experience creating engaging social media content and building social followings

Strong analytical skills able to diagnose why content is working and what strategy changes should be made

A deep understanding of what drives success in social media and social commerce especially TikTok Shop

The ability to learn TikTok Shop best practices and implement them with speed.

Strong presentation skills showing the ability to be a face of a TikTok account on video and livestreams

Strong project management skills

Experience in the ecommerce space

Knowledge of the video content production process

The ability to piece together multiple AI tools to generate content

This role has the potential to move into higher positions of leadership within the company, including the eventual opportunity to work as a key leader for the client service teams at Pattern.

What is the team like?

You will work with the other members of the Current Tech team and be supervised by the Marketing Director of Current. You will also be mentored by the Founder and CEO of Current Tech and meet with them occasionally to discuss your performance.

The team works alongside our Account Managers and collaborates with them on ways they can over-deliver for our customers.

The team follows a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some from home. This role will also be on-location often filming.
