What you will be doing :
- Perform nutrition assessment using accurate and relevant data and information to identify nutrition-related problems
- Identify and implement appropriate, purposefully planned interventions for patients utilizing t
- Provide nutrition education / nutrition counseling to patients, family members and / or caregivers as a component of preventative, therapeutic and / or restorative health care
What you need to qualify :
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietician in a Health Care Setting
- Current Registered Dietician License
