Have experience while also looking to gain new knowledge and skills under two world traveled, professionally trained chefs with over 50 years experience in a wide range of kitchens and bake shops.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operation of large production bakery and team, produce start to finish bagels, hearth breads, sandwich breads, laminates, Danishes and other confections.
Create and develop new recipes from start to finish.
Pay is based on experience, Asheville living wage guaranteed, growth shared profit bonuses
