Job Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support Lakeshore’s CCP Services Group (CSG). In this role, you will create and approve independent contractor invoicing, as well as assisting with onboarding tasks for new CCP workers.
The position also requires conducting research on vendors across the country. The ideal candidate has top-notch written and verbal communication skills, in addition to strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
A day in the office looks like this :
- Verifying and submitting timecards for independent contractors
- Checking independent contractors’ availability
- Booking independent contractors’ travel; overseeing travel invoice retrieval and reconciliation
- Creating and updating Salesforce records as needed
- Assisting with expense reports and invoice approvals
- Performing additional departmental analysis and reporting
- Supporting the team and management in daily activities and tasks
- Jumping into time-sensitive projects wherever needed
Qualifications

- 1 year of experience in a professional office setting
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
- Strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience in customer support preferred
- Quick learner and strong desire to help others
