Sales Operations Analyst Summary
This role focuses on analyzing data to provide growth insights, developing KPIs for sales programs, and managing daily operations for assigned accounts, including order processing and shipment scheduling.
It also involves creating presentations to identify growth opportunities and working with IT to improve data reporting systems.

Sales Operations Analyst Responsibilities :
- Collect, evaluate, and summarize critical data to equip the sales team with insights that drive efficient and effective sales growth.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various sales programs and initiatives.
- Identify actionable metrics related to product and inventory levels to support sales strategies.
- Create presentations that analyze sales and inventory data to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Implement and manage reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring the sales team has access to essential data needed for successful business management.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify system improvements and opportunities to streamline data updates.
- Oversee daily business operations for assigned accounts, including order entry, shipment scheduling, pricing, securing new orders, and maintaining a high level of service, following the company’s Sales SOP.
- Manage the open order file to ensure timely shipment of all orders and backorders.
- Acquire in-depth product and technical knowledge of the company’s offerings through technical training seminars and self-study.
- Accurately enter orders in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer requests for quotes promptly and accurately.
- Work with the Product Assurance department to resolve any order-related disputes.
Sales Operations Analyst Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in sales operations and analysis.
