Shift Time : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Duties :
- The recruiter will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organization skills.
- The recruiter will be responsible for consulting with department leaders and hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies to leverage a diverse candidate pool that align with Correctional Health Services organizational goals.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and support departments with pre-screening interviews when needed.
- Utilize PATS (Personnel Action Trigger System) to manage, modify and track approved positions.
- Attend job fairs virtually and in person.
Skills :
- Develop a working knowledge of CHS departments / programs to identify hiring needs.
- Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans and identify resources for outreach (Universities, Organizations such as American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, etc.).
- Review applicant pool to ensure candidates meet corporate and functional qualifications.
- Manage and track requested job posting and applicant resume submittals.
- Run weekly and monthly reports on posting to ensure a timely turnaround on filling positions.
- Find and attend external job fairs and hiring events.
- Work with Universities / Colleges and department leaders on managing their student internship, Residents and fellowship pool.
