Executive Administrative Assistant 3
Job Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant 3 will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
This role is part of a Sales activation transformation team and includes tasks such as calendar management, arranging travel, expense reporting, and supporting the leader's team.
The position is 100% remote but candidates in the PST time zone are preferred. The role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a continuously expanding field, working closely with a very supportive Admin team spread across different parts of the world.
Hard Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years experience with MSFT Office Suite including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related programs.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience with Expenses (including Concur and / or Citrix among others).
- Minimum 5-7 years experience as a proven and professional Executive Assistant.
- Minimum 3+ years of prior Executive Assistant experience.
