Job Summary :
Exciting Opportunity : Join our dynamic team as the Community and Partner Engagement Director for Community Partners of South Florida ( CPSFL ).
The purpose of BRIDGES (a community hub concept) is to develop a coordinated and integrated, local system of care that is community-based and focused on increasing healthy births, decreasing child abuse and neglect, and increasing school readiness in specific geographical areas.
The Community and Partner Engagement Director is responsible for developing a comprehensive community engagement strategy that will support the BRIDGES outcomes across all locations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
- Preferably 3 4 years of experience in community engagement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilitation skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management skills.
- Knowledge of CSC’s System of Care.
Key Responsibilities :
- ORGANIZATION CULTURE : Promote the mission, values, and vision of Community Partners of South Florida.
- TEAM PLAYER : Collaborate with the BRIDGES sites and admin teams.
- SUPPORTING CLIENTS : Ability to communicate well with both clients and service providers to maintain collaborative spirit and single mission ideology.
- OUTREACH : Act as a liaison and appropriate representative for the agency with outside social service agencies, schools, and other organizations.
- PROGRAM MANAGEMENT : Ability to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Compensation : $68,700.00
