Your tasks
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate person or location.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and assists with scheduling meetings.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Interfaces with the purchasing department to expedite the high priority orders through the logistical operations (producing purchase orders, work orders, and packing slips
Interfaces with management to resolve any procedural problems.
Obtains quotes, product, and pricing information.
Produces purchase orders, expedite orders, cancel, or modify orders.
Maintains stock items to assure accurate material for production.
Prepares paperwork to return items Performa invoices, customs duty drawback applications, freight forwarding)
Matches and requisitions.
Enters inventory items into the computer.
Produces custom reports, via the computer, to use for more detailed analysis.
Initiates purchase orders for specific commodities.
Expedites stock items and assists other department personnel.
Maintains vendor base for purchased items and updates written and computerized records and files for efficient operation, as necessary.
Maintains written and computerized files for efficient operation.
Covers reception area with phone coverage.
Maintains a satisfactory understanding Inventory Control Systems, Sales Order Systems, Purchasing Systems and RMA Systems.
Purchase and maintain Office supplies.

Your profile
- High school diploma (or equivalent), preferred.
- Three years’ experience in production scheduling or related field, a plus
- SAP experience, a plus
- Proficient personal computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office a plus.
- Passing a company post-employment physical as well as controlled substance testing and background and security checks, as required.
