Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic environment? Join our Client, a leading insulation provider in Fridley, MN.

We’re seeking a dedicated Insulation Installer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation : Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose, according to specifications and building codes.
• Preparation : Prepare work sites by cleaning and removing old insulation materials as needed. Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas.
• Safety : Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
• Customer Service : Interact professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Equipment Handling : Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for insulation installation.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and perform any necessary adjustments.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Previous experience in insulation installation or a related field is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills : Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy materials, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Driver’s License : A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. A company vehicle may be provided for job-related travel.
• Communication : Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
