Maintenance Sales Representative
50k-60k base, 80k+ OTE

Job Summary :
We're hiring a Maintenance Sales Representative for our client's team in Orlando. This position offers a $50-60k base salary plus commissions, full benefits, car allowance, gas card, and other perks.
As part of a well-established HVAC design / build and construction services company, you'll focus on developing comprehensive solutions to exceed client expectations.
Position Overview :
- Training : Complete required training on company sales tools and reporting programs. Utilize sales presentations and marketing materials effectively.
- Team Selling : Participate in team selling activities to win key accounts. Collaborate with sales and operational associates to bundle maintenance services.
- Account Expansion : Increase existing client services and identify additional portfolio opportunities.
- Reporting : Maintain weekly sales reports using Salesforce.com and handle maintenance service agreements.
Requirements :
- Trade-specific knowledge in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical maintenance.
- Familiarity with industry associations and publications.
- Basic math and financial management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication skills.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and act on data.
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in PC computer skills, MS Office, web-browsing, and time management.
- Four-year college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record.
