Schwieters Companies in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area is seeking to hire a full-time Interior Finish (Trim) Carpenter Foreman.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of carpenters on site
• Complete all the interior finishing for both our residential and commercial projects
• Install the following :
• Cabinets
• Vanities
• Stair rails
• Base
• Casing
• Crown moulding
• Hardware
• Window trim
• Doors and door trim
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4-5+ years finish carpentry experience in both commercial and residential new construction
• Experience installing kitchen cabinets and stair rails with spindles independently
• Candidate must have a good work history
• Dependable vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Motivated and reliable

WORK SCHEDULE

40-50 hours per week starting at 6am on the jobsite

Monday-Friday, overtime as needed

$30-$40 per hour, determined by experience
