A reputable law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join its Menlo Park, CA office. This position involves working with a diverse client base, including startups, midsize and large public and private companies, venture capital firms, private equity investors, and investment banks.
The attorney will handle a wide range of transactions in the technology and life sciences sectors.

- Manage and assist in corporate transactions, including venture capital, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and private equity deals.
- Draft and review complex corporate documents.
- Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of substantial corporate transactional experience.
- Strong background in securities, M&A, and venture capital transactions.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
