Overview This position provides investment sales and service for clients and prospects with a planning foundation. Actively partners with and coaches Bank branch employees to develop their skill set to profile and uncover client needs.
Prepares a client plan based on client goals and services accounts with less than $250,000 of investable assets. Maintains all compliance standards throughout sales and consultation activities.
Monitors client goal progress while enhancing the Bank's growth and profitability objectives. This role will partner with senior associates as part of a teaming arrangement.
Responsibilities Sales - Assists in the sales and promotion investment products and services. Utilizes a personalized sales approach to understand client's financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Partners with associates to generate referrals. Client Service - Prepares and presents financial plans to existing clients and prospects.
Evaluates client needs and goals to provide appropriate financial planning. Reviews investments, strategies, and goals on a regular basis to ensure progress toward the clients goals.
Assists in servicing existing book of business which may include answering inquiries, making recommendations, and managing the relationship through the referral process.
Risk Management - Ensures compliance with all applicable banking, investment, and legal regulations and policies. Relationship Development - Develops relationships with Bank associates, clients, and prospective clients to generate referrals and sales opportunities.
Identifies tools or methods to enhance personal service and referral performance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Registered Financial Representative OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Registered Financial Representative License or Certification Type : Possess valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, and state-specific life and health insurance licenses Required First Citizens benefits programs are designed to meet our Associates where they are in life.
