We are seeking a fun, motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate teams!
Part-Time and Full-Time available - This is a Commission-Only Sales position, with no limits on compensation.
People in this position receive :
- Hands-on sales training to fit the modern business world from top-performing ISAs, agents, and industry executives
- Learn prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting and how to create revenue with your own skills.

Compensation :
$78,000 - $117,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Make calls and set appointments with prospective clients for top-performing San Diego Real Estate Agents and teams
- Build relationships and nurture leads through and beyond the sale
